Part 2 - Shipping Cost:

Shipping Specifications:

  • For items under 36 inches: Shipped via air freight.
  • For items 36 inches and above: Shipped via sea freight.

Part 3 - Lead Time:

Orders generally complete delivery within 4-6 weeks.

Processing and Shipping Details:

  • Order Processing: 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Duration: 7-15 business days.
  • Sea Freight: 20-30 calendar days.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Custom orders add an additional 7 working days.

Changes in Delivery Schedules:

In cases where external factors affect the delivery schedule, we or our delivery partners will inform you of any adjustments as soon as possible. Delivery is deemed complete once the item reaches the provided address. For delays exceeding 90 days, we will notify you, cancel the order, and process a refund.

We partner with leading shipping companies like FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, and UPS. Packages over 39 inches are specifically shipped via ocean freight to ensure safe handling.

Deliveries affected by national holidays will resume on the next business day.
