30-Day Return Policy

Purchase with peace of mind knowing that OBLights offers a 30-day return window for all items bought through our website. This period begins on the date your order is delivered. Please note that products must be returned to our facilities in the United States or China within these 30 days. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund but are covered under our extensive 3-year manufacturer warranty.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging and unused condition. Products that have been installed or are customized are not returnable.

Returning Your Order

If you encounter a manufacturer defect or if you've simply changed your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days. For defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos for verification, and we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our customer service at service@oblights.com. Please include the reason for your return and whether you seek a refund, credit, or replacement. Our Customer Experience Specialist will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address.

Packing and Shipping Your Return

Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original box, including all materials it came with. We recommend photographing the package before shipping for your records. For your protection, consider insuring the return shipment. We will reimburse return shipping costs for returns due to quality issues upon verification.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once this is complete.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. Please initiate a return and place a new order if you wish to exchange an item.

Additional Return Information

Custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, and special order items are not eligible for returns. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to OBLights unless the items are defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in new condition with the original packaging.

Refunds

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to inspect and restock returned items. Refunds will be processed after this. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you notice any issues upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours with the necessary evidence.

Order Cancellation

Customized Items

Customized items are not eligible for cancellation.

Non-Customized Orders

For non-customized orders, you may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order by replying to your order confirmation email. If the products have not been shipped, you retain the option to cancel your order even after the initial 24-hour period.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not feasible. However, returns can be coordinated upon the package's receipt.

Non-Returnable Orders

Products and invoices labeled as 'Customized Invoice,' 'Made to Order,' or 'Final Sale' are ineligible for cancellation, return, or refund. This includes special purchases such as Inventory Sale Items, Discontinued Items, and Custom Quotes.

Return Shipping Fee

Consumer-Initiated Returns

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be determined by the express company chosen by the consumer.

Returns Due to Our Error

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee in this case.
